ABOUT ME

Kia ora !

My name is Ray Peek, a game producer/designer, and hobbyist illustrator in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), Aotearoa (New Zealand).

I am studying towards a Bachelor of Screen Arts (Hons) at Massey University, looking to pursue postgraduate study in game design and narratology. For the past three years I've been specialising in the subtle art of Games Producing.

When it comes to design, queer theory and criticality are at the very core of my work. ​I'm especially interested in animals and emotive imagery, endeavouring to develop realistic traits and a driven story within my work.

I am passionate about creating powerful scenery, convincing stories, and authentic characters. I've always been interested in all kinds of wildlife, having fueled my creative drive from a young age.
