1. The full commission price must be paid upfront via PayPal before the commission is started.

2. The optimal currency accepted is USD/NZD, but other currencies could also be accepted.

3. The client must only pay after the artist has agreed to the price and commission payment.

4. Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.

5. The client cannot force a chargeback once the commission has been agreed upon and the payment has been sent.

6. An unexpected deadline or rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist.

7. Complex details are subject to an additional fee.

1. If possible, provide neat visual references and descriptions

2. I should be notified of any expected deadlines.

3. The expected turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the request and personal circumstances, as well as my waitlist.

4. I reserve the right to change the price of my commissions accordingly, however, I will never change the price for in-progress commissions that have already been agreed upon.

5. An exception to this rule is major requested changes after the commission is in progress and beyond the sketch/rough color phase.

6. If you fail to follow some of the terms, I have the right to decline your commission.

7. Harassment, threats, or otherwise inappropriate behavior is considered grounds for declining a commission and blacklisting the client.

8. I reserve the right to decline your commission without needing to provide an explanation.

1. I will do everything I can to make my clients happy.

2. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

3. The final product given to the client will always be high-res, and will always include my signature unless it is a commercial piece.

4. The final piece can be sent in both JPG and PNG. I can also provide the image with a transparent background should it be required, if the background is simple enough, it can be changed.

5. If the piece is traditional and expected to be shipped, the client will provide me with the address that they require it to be shipped to. I am not liable for loss or damages during this process.

1. I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.

2. All completed commissions fall under personal usage.

3. I reserve the right to show any commissions done on my portfolio or any of my social media websites unless it was requested that I do not do so.

4. In this case, a 10% privacy fee of the total commission price is added.

5. The client must NOT omit my signature from the finished piece.

6. Should a client wish for any edits to be done to a piece commissioned from me, they must consult ME and NOT other artists for these edits.

THE CLIENT CAN

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.

• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

• Post the finished image of the commission, provided that proper credit is given to me via social media links.

​THE CLIENT CANNOT

• Use the commission for commercial or profit purposes.

• Take credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Remove any watermarks and/or signatures.

• Alter the artwork without the consent of the original artist.

1. If money has not been sent yet, the client has the right to cancel the commission.

2. If the client wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be sent based on how much work I've completed. The client will receive the work that I have done up until the refund.

3. I accept no refunds after I begin working on the final coloring process.

4. Should the client file a chargeback after the commission is done, they will be blacklisted, and I will be free to post their contacts everywhere I see fit for others to watch out for.

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MY TERMS CAN RESULT IN THE CLIENT BEING DISALLOWED FROM EVER COMMISSIONING ME AGAIN, AND I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPORT THEM TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND PUBLICLY BLACKLIST THEM.
